William Claxton is Technical Consultant and Director of Infoland. Mr. Claxton is an active participant in Singapore's National Information Infrastructure effort, most recently as Chair of the Committee on Standards for Information Exchange. He is a council member of the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation, and in that capacity organises the Singapore Digital Media Festival, a regional conference based in Singapore.
